Parking in Newham is now a disgrace, you can no longer park anywhere free of charge since parking permits have now been enforced.

roads are now permit holders only or pay and display. even when you park outside a sweet shop you have to ring up Newham council to pay for a 20 minutes stay.-----------

if you live in Newham and have a permit, the only place you can park free of charge is your local supermarket. which means you are only limited to where you can go now, 

You can not even visit Family & Friends without them paying for a visitor permit or a parking fine.

We were told by newham council, we will benefit from this as our council tax will not increase, but we have to pay £24 a month if we want visitor permits & and the increase payment of £100 after 1 car

This needs sorting now, if you live in newham and need a permit then you should be able to park anywhere in the newham borough.
