Prison sexual assaults have been increasing for the last several years, This past year it has increased within the prison system and halfway houses by 17% and seems to be swept under the rug also. A bill was passed in 2003 and has been over viewed since it came out and people need to held accountable for their actions. PTDS is the most common mental health disability that occurs to men and women coming out of prison and little to no serves to assure they don't return right back into the revolving door of the prison system. When a crime is committed and a sentence is imposed on a person, does not mean that they lost their human rights along with the sentence. This bill needs to be adjusted and ENFORCED!
