Will Russell Rogers is a monster. He preys on single mom's with a house he can move into. This man has beat countless women and children. He currently has numerous charges against him for assault and battery and rape. Including one rape while he was in the military which got him a dishonorable discharge. Several women and children have protective orders against him. This man keeps getting a slap on the wrist. This allows this monster to go on to beat another person. Please the next person could be your sister, cousin, aunt, mom, or daughter. He will not stop until he has gone too far and killed someone. Please let our voices be heard and ask for Stephens County to step up and make punishments stronger for the guys who keep repeating the abuse. No woman deserves to go through something like this in their life. When is enough enough? Are they going to give him another slap on the wrist, and we end up seeing on the news about another man thats killed a woman? Help us show Stephens county that this man needs stopped. Thank you
