Action to be taken against Bernadette Jordon, the minister of DFO. For the failure to uphold and enforce the fisheries Act(s). Also the incompetence of Bernadette Jordon in the ministers roll of DFO. The lack of investigations into complaints about the river system of the Avon river and fish passage that is occurring at the Windsor, NS causeway. Failure to do a full investigation into the fish killings that has occurred and failure to hold accountability of the actions of NSDA and the DFO under the ministers control. 

The allowance of the NSDA and their practices which has contributed to the mass fish killing that has occurred and the failure to allow fish passage for them to reach their spawning grounds that is currently being denied by the NSDA.
