Croxley Rail Link is an investment of approximately £284 million in improving public transport in the area. The actual benefits to the Croxley community are small and are based around improved connections to Watford (there will be little improvement to the London bound service). Despite both new stations having Step-free access installed, Croxley station will remain without. This situation discriminates against Croxley residents who have difficulty with access (e.g. elderly, disabled or mothers with children in pushchairs) that are precisely the group that would benefit most from a direct connection to the local hospital.

We, the undersigned, urge TFL to make the installation of Step-Free access at Croxley station part of the Croxley Rail Link project so that the whole community can access the benefits of better public transport..
