Many animals have to be transferred to England from the Isle of Man as a medical emergency for CAT / MRI scans and possible spinal surgery which isn't available in the Isle of Man.

Medical emergencies occur in a blink of an eye. If you manage to book a seat on one of the Steampacket sailings you do not get a saver rate fare, so end up paying high fares.

We ask  the Isle of Man Government and all Isle of Man MHKs  as a stake holder in the Isle of Man Steampacket Company reserve several vehicle and foot passenger places on every sailing at a saver rate fare for people or animal medical emergencies.

By showing this act of  compassion it will take some of the burden off the shoulders of Island Residents who are treading a uncertain path that is stressful and emotional on many levels.
