No trade/market holds

No trade/market holds
The Issue
Here's an example: So the new case came out and it's going for good amount of money on the market. I got it as a drop and now I want to sell it on the Steam Community Market. The problem is that the listing will be delayed for 15 days and by the the time it gets listed, the price of the item will go down in price by significant amount, so the item won't be sold, thus, making me remove the listing, creating another one for lower price and waiting 15 days until it gets listed, price going down again and repeating the cycle. I also can't trade it to my friends account because it will be held for 15 days and we aren't patient enough.
I'm not sure who at Valve is patient enough to wait 15 days for a market/trade hold. Oh, wait, that are not, they are using that Mobile app thingy. The problem is that I don't have a phone I can install that app on, I don't even want one. This is like a trade ban but temporary for each trade.
Steam/Valve I have been using your services for a long time, and I understand your priority to "protect" your user's inventory, however, I would like you to take this matter more seriously and implement a measure that works for everyone, not just people with smartphones that can run your app.
Here are some of the suggestions:
- Confirming by sending the code via SMS and entering the code in steam.
- Users had an option to opt out of this trade holds and taking full responsibility if they lose items.
- Make an authentication app for every platform ever. Including old java, Windows Phone, Windows Mobile 6, Symbian, Blackberry, Sailfish OS, Tizen, MeeGo, Maemo and anything else users can be using today due to various reasons. Here's a list of all Mobile operating systems. Also making apps for PC platforms like Windows (x86 app, for tablets), Linux, OS X. Yes, I know that's a lot of platforms but it makes things fair.
I'm not the kind of guy who will get keylogged with my steam and email password but, hey, there can be people out there who are victims of something like this. I believe Valve can solve this problem and make things fair again for everyone.
