We have accomplished our goal! At the Dec 12th Planning and development committee meeting aldermen voted to  have feasibility studies done regarding the site of the old police department AND have the current two proposals RETURNED until a NEW request for proposal is conducted after the results of the feasibility studies are known. 
The current Frontier Development proposal is OFF THE TABLE. Frontier Development can RESUBMIT at a later date with a proposal that meets the requirements of the RFP.
