The Baltimore Orioles have been rumored to be trading Manny Machado this off-season or letting him go in free agency after the final year of his contract is over.  Manny is a fan favorite in Baltimore and a once in a lifetime player for the organization. Many fans around the MLB are tired of big market teams like the Yankees and Red Sox using the luxury tax to create an advantage over smaller market teams like the Orioles. The purpose of this petition is for Mr. Duquette to keep Manny on the Orioles and sign him long term as the foundation of the future of the Orioles.
