Our board of directors made the decision to cut down most of the trees behind the homes on Ebony Court and Mary Ambler Way WITHOUT soliciting our input. We all learned about it as the trees were coming down.

Now we are able to see directly into our neighbors houses. This is the board that we voted for and they intentionally excluded us from a decision that impacts us and none of them. 

There may have been compelling reasons to remove the trees. This was done to enable grass to grow. If we were consulted and our input was considered, I believe our feelings would be different. The people impacted should have been able to weigh privacy vs. grass. But that did not happen. People who do not live on our blocks made the decision for us.

The bylaws say we can force a board meeting with 25% of the community support. Please sign this petition to force a meeting. And if you do not live on the impacted blocks, please sign anyway. If it happened to us, it can happen to you. They need to know that this is unacceptable.
