There is a dangerous lack of distinction between the road and pavement in Tunnell Street, in fact all surrounding roads beside Millenium Park in St Helier need to be closely investigated. There has been one tragic fatality in this area, we do not need any other family to go through what Stacey and Michael are going through right now. We need IMMEDIATE change .
