The Issue
MI Children with disabilities and IEPs have a right to the 14th Amendment; to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness; along with a free appropriate public education that prepares them for post-secondary and the global workforce. The MDE shut-out the public and denied We the People, our right to understand the rule revisions and provide public comments, along with attending a public hearing.
