This petition is created to symbolize the support for NO DUMP as part of the Rest of the River settlement agreement.  This petition recognizes the work of the all the elected officials, EPA, and General Electric in regards to this settlement.  HOWEVER the will of the people was not taken into account. 

The people did not the pollute the river.  The people should not be bearing the weight of the resolution.  We implore our elected officials to find another way, fix this agreement to include NO DUMP site in Lee, MA or any other Berkshire County location.

Lets collect signatures to demonstrate the solidarity for support of NO DUMP as part of this settlement.
