The state of Pa needs their Animal laws Updated to include it to be illegal keep dogs in cages 24/7 in all weather conditions. There is a bill ready to go but it is being held up at the PA Judicial Committee by a Representative Rob Kaufman, who refuses to allow any animal rights Bill's to move forward. We need to get this bill moving to the next phase. I saved a Beagle back in March who lived outside in a cage his whole life 24/7, now he is thriving, and enjoying his life. Pleas fix the Animal Laws in Pennsylvania
