We the undersigned are fed up with the direction of this state. This state has been repeatedly in the news for all the wrong reasons, such as worst business climate, highest unemployment of 9.1 percent, high taxes and fees, worst bridges and roads, a record number of Rhode Islanders on food stamps and a declining population.

We demand you put the economy as the number one priority in this state. We need a sense of urgency and immediate action, you have failed up to this point. It costs nearly $40 million dollars to run the general assembly and these are the results we have. This is unacceptable to us. What you are doing is obviously not working!

Lead, follow or you're fired! You were hired as servants of the people,serve or go home!
