State of Utah to allow underglow on street bikes.: Make a temporary law to allow underglow for visibility. To become a permanent law.

The Issue

Allows other cars to see bikes to prevent accidents, so bikes don't have to drive with hi-beams on. Prevents cars from cutting bikes off when turning onto a road in front of the bike because they didn't see them. Overall safety of riders on the road at night. No flashing or pulsing only solid glow facing down or back. It is more of a distraction being pulled over and having every car slow down to look at what is happening then a bike drive by with glows.
