Tell Texas Senate to vote NO on Senate Bill 1911 that takes away resources for discounted medicine or treatment for animal shelter & rescue groups. This puts a huge burden on these groups forcing the euthanasia of MORE animals. This bill will also allow the Texas Board of Veterinary Medicine to "punish" Vets that offer discounted services to shelter or rescues. The Bill will also overturn the 72 hour stray hold law that turns ownership of animals over to the shelter if they are not claimed. Shelters will no longer be able to offer care to animals on hold or in the shelter forcing more animals to be euthanized. Sighn this petition to tell Texas we do NOT support this new bill!!
