15 Yr old, Diamond Alvarez was SHOT MORE THAN 22 TIMES by 17 yr old Frank DeLeon on January 11, 2022. Frank who premeditated and arranged the murder scene was arrested on January 17, 2022, as HPD worked closely with the community to track down witnesses and leads. He is now being charged with murder in the 174th State District. When the suspect Frank DeLeon was arrested, detectives stated he was found packing up to flee the city/state or country. Before and since his arrest the family of Diamond Alvarez has been receiving threats and has been harrassed multiple times at their home and they now fear for their safety. Judge - Hazel B. Jones, granted Bond of $250,000.00 and the threat and tension has only gotten worst for the family, neighborhood and the City of Houston.

We ask that bond is revoked until he is sentenced for the families that are grieving Diamond's loss. We are asking #JusticeforDiamond, being that there's evidence that has been collected and presented. We ask that the changes that can be made are done by all or any who can make it happen. The victims family lives in the same neighborhood as the suspect and nobody is at peace with these threats.
