TEXAS NEEDS CHANGES IN ANIMAL LAWS!

This poor dog, lost from its family, was picked up and taken into Harris County on January 30, 2019. On February 4, 2019, they euthanized this dog. This happens every single day. Three days is not enough time for an owner to locate their missing family pet. The people of the State of Texas and the rest of the country want this three day rule abolished! 

We have over a million strays in the streets of Houston alone that are suffering. We have become known for this, and that is a very shameful thing. WE NEED SOME ACTION TAKEN FOR THE ENTIRE STATE OF TEXAS! The State of Texas needs to make microchipping  pets mandatory, give people 30 days to get their pet from the shelter, as well as stronger penalties for animal abuse.
