My fiance and I want to petition for Noah and Ambers Law. The missing 3 year old who was taken by his father from Tennessee and his  16 year old cousin Amber coerced into going by her Uncle.  If amber alert was allowed right a way he and his cousin would have already  been home before now. A law needs to pass to help these families. It was custodial interference by non custodial parent and the niece that he talked into going was in immediate danger because she had epilepsy and no medicine and was being coerced. The State of Tennessee and Kentucky need to change these laws to enable quicker amber alerts in situations like the Clare situation.
