To have the Rhode Island Department of Transportation & Public Transit Authority & either Seastreak or Interstate Navigation (aka Block Island Ferry) preferably operate the Providence-Newport Ferry as a year-round commuter ferry (aka Narragansett Bay Commuter Ferry).  This includes the following:

• Ferry Dock at Rocky Point in Warwick with Rapid Bus Connections to TF Green Airport, Interlink Rail Terminal including the MBTA Wickford Junction Commuter Rail & RIDOT-RIPTA  & P&W RR Rhode Island Railway Trans-State (Woonsocket-Westerly) & Trans-Metro (Woonsocket-Wickford Junction & Woonsocket-Quonset Point) Intrastate Commuter Rail-Rapid Transit Lines.  As well as Warwick & Rhode Island Malls & Community College of Rhode Island Warwick Campus.
• Additional Ferry Docks on Prudence & Hog Islands for residence on the islands to Providence, Newport or Warwick-TF Green Airport.  The docks would be floating docks for a passenger catamaran ferry.
• Have an additional Airport Commuter Ferry run between Bristol, Prudence & Hog Islands & Rocky Point, Warwick & TF Green Airport.
• Have the Prudence & Bay Island (Bristol-Prudence Island) Car Ferry be part of the Narragansett Bay Commuter Ferry.
• Additional Seasonal Ferry Terminal at Point Judith.
• Add the Narragansett Bay Commuter Ferry with additional catamaran passenger commuter ferryboats similar to the MV Ocean State.
