Vick was convicted for dog fighting and animal cruelty. He was not in it for the money, he was simply asserting dominance and a violent nature on helpless animals. His operation was well thought out and organized. He has not apologized for what he did to those poor animals in an appropriate manor. The evidence brought to light in his trial via investigation by the authorities and testimony from his partners in this atrocious crime show his propensity toward violence and greed to those incapable of defending of themselves. He does not deserve the privilege of owning an animal.
