I just found out that Goddards law only applies to physical animal abuse and not neglect we need better laws to protect these innocent animals im tired of seeing dogs tossed outside all day all night with no food water or shelter especially in inclement weather and police wont do anything or enforce any humane laws help me be a voice for the animals
