(Little background on Allie before I begin explaining WHY I am making this petition) Allie was the most outgoing, heartwarming person I have had the pleasure of meeting. Everybody Allie came in contact with instantly fell in-love with her. She was the most positive person and would go above and beyond for anybody to see them happy. As some of you know, Allie was shot to death by her “boyfriend” at the time in the Quality Inn Motel in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota! The 20 year old man that shot her was only charged with illegal possession of a firearm, NOT murder! NOT what he should have been charged with. He claimed they were “play fighting with a handgun and it went off,” but him along with the other 2 people that were in the room with them, ran from the scene and left her there to die until she was found by the motel staff.. It’s been a little over 3 years since Allie has passed and we would like, with the help of all of you, for her case to be reopened and get the justice Allie and her family truly deserve! We appreciate everybodys help so much and hope we can get enough signatures to get the State Of Minnesota District Courts Attention and hopefully open her case back up!! Thank you!
