SAY HIS NAME, Cornelius Frederick. Cornelius Frederick was at a Youth Academy and one day  threw bread in the cafeteria. He was then later restrained by three staff members.  One staff member sat on his chest for 12 minutes. While the restraint  was happening, Cornelius said he "couldn't breathe". After he was released, another 12 minutes passed by before he got any medical attention.  Cornelius went into Cardiac arrest, went to a hospital and later on died.  We want justice for this young boy.
