After an alleged altercation in Champs Pizza & Wings establishment in Glen Burnie Guarav Rawal went after Anthony Jean Louis and in an alcohol possible drug fueled rage a murder took place  Anne Arundel County police said Guarav Rawal, 37, of Glen Burnie, was driving a 2018 Mercedes E400 south when he struck the back of a Jeep Wrangler, for unknown reasons. The Jeep's driver, 37-year-old Anthony Jean-louis of Pasadena, lost control of the vehicle, said police. The Jeep overturned and hit the guardrail.  Mr Jean-Louis was killed instantly.   Guarav Rawal fled on foot giving no human dignity or regard for his victim.   Mr Rawal has no regard for the law or our community at large   We are not safe with him amongst us in society
