I am asking for legislation to be signed and or changed to make it a felony charge that carries a mandatory life sentence for anyone that sells fentanyl or any other street drug mixed with fentanyl. These people that are out selling fentanyl do not care how many lives they destroy or how many families are left to pick up the devastating pieces left behind from the drug they are selling. They know it is going to kill people so their sentence should carry a lifetime of consequences with a life sentence.
