Indiana ranks 5th on the list of states with the most puppy mills, with a total of six. Investigators were able to find out the names of three of those six puppy mills, and also discovered they are located just two hours Northeast of Bloomington, in Wayne County, Indiana. The state of Indiana needs to start looking at strong laws, stronger standards of care and better laws to regulate these facilities and put an end to the puppy mill style of breeding.
