Bill Kapri Aka Kodak Black has made multiple complaints through social media about Police Brutality during his sentence in Florida and Kentucky. He was moved from Florida to Kentucky which took him away from friends and family. This petition is to gather exposure and attention to these issues and to have the correct departments in these states to review and investigate and allow Bill K. to present his experiences.
