I want it to be a law for everyone’s pet cat’s to remain indoors just like dogs can’t roam around that have owners cat’s shouldn’t be allowed to either for many reasons that will keep them safe. Allowing cats to go outside are at risk for being hit by a car, attacked or killed by a wild animal, over heat or freeze/frost bite or be taken in by a kind stranger trying to rescue what they think is a stray cat in need of help and cats taking off and roaming around and don’t return home. Another big reason I want to make this possible is because we have such a large overpopulation of feral cat’s and this can be better controlled by spaying and neutering your cats and not allowing them outside because a lot of times people who let their cat’s outside that aren’t spayed or neutered can run away and become pregnant and have a litter outside or aren’t aware their cat has either impregnated another female cat or their female cat is pregnant and can’t tell and they have babies outside who become feral cats.
