The issue we would like to address is the lack of public transportation here in Coffee County, especially for the lower income demographic. Our focus is for getting public transportation for the residents of Coffee County who are on public assistance, and to bridge the gap for them to be self sufficient when transportation is such an obstacle. 

A lot of parents struggle with transportation for their school age children, then it becomes punitive for the parents when they can't get their kids to school. It's not just school transportation that's the issue, it's for other low-income residents for whom lack of transportation is the only obstacle keeping them from becoming self-sufficient. Residents whom, with Transportation help, would be able to work get to school or vocational training, and other appointments.
