India is fighting the second wave of the pandemic and the Government has announced that the offline exams will be conducted.
The petition is to Karnataka government and all the other states to cancel or postpone the exams until students gain access to vaccines or conduct them online.
The education minister was bragging about holding exams successfully last year, the thing is that last year the students attended physical classes the whole year, and we didn't get proper education due to the online classes, how do you expect us to understand the concepts without proper teaching.
We'll tell you to learn a bypass surgery online and ask you to perform the operation, will you do that!?
The CBSE students are humans and we are what? animals!? This will be considered as partiality/hypocrisy if you cancel the CBSE and ICSE boards, and ask the state boarders to write the exam! Our lives matter too!
As they cancelled CBSE boards, our state boards should’ve been cancelled too, though their exams were just 10-20 days earlier than the state boards but still our state boards haven’t cancelled yet!
So,as our KARNATAKA GOVERNMENT said our exams are on 21st of june which is 2months later. We let KARNATAKA GOVERNMENT know INDIA is suffering from the second wave and we have no guarantee of COVID disappearing totally from INDIA.
Last year where there were only 500-600 cases in INDIA, all the exams were cancelled and plus all our schools were shut down and Now when there are cases increasing up to 1lakh positive cases and about 1000 death cases per day, our schools have been opened n now we need to attend our preliminary exams and plus our state boards. This is a risk on our lives and also our families lives.
We REQUEST KARNATAKA GOVERNMENTto cancel our state boards too! Attending offline exams is a total risk for us!
