MBA CET ENTRANCE (MH-CET Maharashtra) is conducted every year with a pre determined format comprising of 4 subjects with dedicated questions & marks namely Quantitative Aptitude (50 questions - 50 marks) , Logical Reasoning (75 questions - 75 marks), Abstract Reasoning (25 questions - 25 marks) & Verbal Ability/RC (50 questions - 50 marks) without Negative marking scheme.

Students prepare wholeheartedly each year to achieve best marks to score admission in the best Management College in the state of Maharashtra. It is noticable that students prepare for each subject, but they're more focused on 2-3 out of 4 subjects to get advantage of scoring more marks. This is a normal and a natural pattern followed by nearly each student as this gives them chance of concentrating more on the subjects of their choice.

This year, 2021 the exam conducted on 16th September Slot 1 as well as Slot 2 had change of pattern in the examination, without any prior notification from the State Common Entrance Cell(exam governing body). This goes in oppose of the INFORMATION BROCHURE released by the governing body which clearly mentions the marks & question pattern as mentioned in the first para.

This abrupt and untimely change of pattern has affected nearly every student in the approach of their examination and has poured water on the efforts of nearly 1.5 years of preparation of the students in question. We demand justice for the students through this online petition, herewith we also would like to add that we're challenging this pattern in the Honourable Court also.

If the students are actually considered to be the face of the nation, now is the time to truly realise the brutality they have faced in this approach.
