For months Ive been trying to bring attention to the negligence and cruelty happening at NorthStar VET in New Jersey. Ive compiled multiple horrifying reviews and experiences into this facebook group https://www.facebook.com/groups/825157568040195 .The overwhleming amount of evidence shows that this facility has not only drastically overcharged people, but sometimes denied care to animals and also on multiple occasions held animals against the wishes of their owners.They lacked basic empathy and communicaion, and too many times put beloved animals in compromising and life threatening positions because they were either understaffed or incredibly disorganized,they show no urgency,and they often dont even have the correct tools to care for your animal. There needs to be accountability not only for the employees who directly made these animals suffer, but from their superiors who allowed this to happen. Also the State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners who heard me out on the phone over a month ago but still did nothing. They are all responsible. Something could and should have been done about this before it got to this point. Lets end this cruelty NOW.
