Far too many (and one is too many) ducks, kangaroo, feral cats, foxes, boar, deer, camels are shot without accuracy and permitted to die an agonizing and painful death.

Whilst it may be understood that sometimes in the circumstances of species not indigenous to the places they now cause significant environmental damage within, this ought NEVER permit someone who can barely see where they are shooting to be the person responsible for their control. 

We are, presumptively, a caring and civilised species and nation, and NOT a mob of bullies, sadists and brutes.

This must to be written into law and for jobs requiring gunshot only properly trained, 99% accurate, sniper capable professionals need apply.
