Some incarcerated persons will do what they can to have a minimal celebration, but need US to remember them during the holidays. Over the years, the prison system has made it more and more difficult to send gifts and even greeting cards to our loved ones, so we do what we can. Accept their phones call, as this is an extremely lonely time for them AND us. They are being locked down even more as staff members take off days to celebrate, leaving them feeling even more isolated.

A "Family Liaison" would aid us in our communications during this time.
