SSL National Teen COVID-19 Sleep Survey

During a time of on-line learning for most adolescents, many parents are realizing a positive change in their teens. No longer required to rise at pre-dawn to catch an early morning bus, most are receiving more sleep.

The national Start School Later organization has developed a short sleep survey for you to share with all middle and high school students. We hope the results of the survey will provide useful information for school districts.
