Dear Finance Minister / Railway Minister,

Enough of announcements, just give us suburban trains on existing infrastructure!

40 years of Announcements! We are not amused by announcements any more!  We are tired of announcements every few months!  We need action now!  

Bengaluru is now officially the Worst Traffic Congested city in the world!  If that doesn't state the urgency, what will?  

Please act now!  We don't require thousands of crores, we just need a few hundreds of crores to upgrade existing infrastructure with automatic signalling, a control room, and some doubling, thats all!  And introduction of frequency of local trains.

Can you do that please?
