How many of us have skimmed the menu to find what we would like to order - or walked directly into the store and told the barista at the counter what we would like to order, given our payment and then thought “Crap! I forgot to scan my Starbucks app! I want my points!” Only to realize to your dismay- you’ve already paid and there is no way that you’re getting points for your order. What a Bummer! 

To my utter disappointment- Starbucks is the Only App I use which does not allow you to enter in your receipt information so that you can have points credited to your account. Why is that Starbucks? What have you to lose from allowing us patrons the opportunity to get points towards a free drink after we’ve frequented your establishments several times a week? 

It’s time that Starbucks get with the program and upgrade to some sort of “forgot to scan” system so that your LOYAL patrons can enter their receipt information and obtain the points they earned on the purchase they forgot to scan on the app prior to purchase. I don’t think that’s too much to ask.
