Bring Starbucks to Guam

Bring Starbucks to Guam
The Issue
I could write a book about the things I have missed most during our time stationed on Guam, but I think one of the creature comforts I miss most is simply my daily coffee run. Starbucks has been a part of my daily routine for YEARS.... until Guam. I knew life on Guam would be an adjustment; while it IS an American territory, there are a LOT of things that Guam lacks that is nothing new.
It is not an easy PCS, especially for families with children and spouses who are now in an even more challenging location regarding career options, affordable childcare, shopping choices, and more. I was most devastated to learn that of all things, Starbucks is one of the things not found on the tiny island.
With the amount of military personnel and their spouses alone, I can all but guarantee that bringing a brick and mortar location to the island would be beneficial and quite profitable. Whether on one of the multiple military bases exclusively for military alone OR off base in one of the many well-populated villages, I wholeheartedly believe this would be a major positive impact all around.
I am petitioning to prove the amount of interest would be well worth the cost of bringing Starbucks to this paradise.
