In my opinion, there should be an exception to Starbucks employees who choose to get their nails done. Understandably, regular polish can chip off which is why it isn’t allowed. However, there should be a way around it such as wearing gloves. Many people who work at starbucks, me included, are held back from getting acrylics or gel nails because of this rule. The employees should be allowed to express their style through their nail choice.
