Everyday, dozens (if not hundreds) of Stanford students, teachers, and alumni alike venture to Arrillaga family dining commons for breakfast. 

For me, Arrillaga Family Dining Commons has evolved from a dining hall to a tradition: It is the start of my day. 

For the longest time, my Tuesdays and Thursdays were on average better than the rest of my week. After some soul searching it hit me: the omelette bar. 

Simple and elegant, the omelette bar is able to provide happiness and boost morale at an unprecedented ratio. With the simple components of egg, mushrooms, spinach, chopped onions, and two machines (already in possession) Stanford R&DE has the potential to make everyones Monday, Wednesday, and Friday that much better.
