I am compelled to start this petition due to a deeply rooted personal conviction that our fundamental rights and freedoms are at stake. Egregious breaches have been made, involving prominent entities including Elon Musk, Donald Trump, Cyrus Vance, and the entire Trump administration. As citizens, we must rise and fight for our rights against such serious breaches.

Our primary demand is an immediate stop to the unauthorized sharing of our data. Data privacy is a fundamental right, as protected under the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which protects citizens from unreasonable searches and seizures. Unscrupulous usage of data has not only violated our trust but has also potentially exposed us to numerous risks.

In addition, we clamor for an immediate implementation of stronger data protection policies. Our personal information is not a commodity to be traded or exploited.

Fearlessly, we are prepared to pursue both a Class Action Suit and impeachment procedures against the relevant figures if our rights continue to be violated. Impeachment, as specified under Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution, is the appropriate response for officials who have committed "high Crimes and Misdemeanors".

Finally, we wish to halt the ongoing injustice against people and our physical autonomy. Such disrespect of personal rights goes against the very principles of a free society.
