SUPPORT ALL ASPECTS OF THE 'UNBUYABLE' BILL

The Scottish Parliament is currently considering a Law to: 

• Decriminalise everyone Selling Sex/Bought 
• Support the 90% who are desperate to get out
• Criminalise Sex Buyers

Criminalising the buyers responsible for much of the extreme violence of prostitution and supporting the many to escape:

• Shrinks the Sex Industry
• Increases Safety, Rights & Income for those in Prostitution
• A smaller industry makes it much less profitable for Pimps - so Trafficking & Child Prostitution reduces
   

Laws like Unbuyable have been enacted elsewhere with a 25 year track record of success (when properly implemented).

It has come to our attention that Members of the Scottish Parliament (MSPs) are considering research which claims the UNBUYABLE Law does not work. 

Despite being published by reputable bodies (like the Lancet, LSE​, Medicine du Monde) much of this research is from clearly unreliable sources:

• Group set up by an Escort Site  Ireland
  
  
• NGO seeking to decriminalise sex trafficking New Zealand
  
  
• Multiple Brothel Keepers  New Zealand
  
  
• Supporter of Child Prostitution  N Ireland
  
  
• Amnesty after being lobbied by one of the UK's largest pimps
  
  
• UNAids after being lobbied by a known pimp, since convicted of sex trafficking 

This research has been comprehensively refuted, including by Data Analysts​, Governments, the European Court of Human Rights and the UN Special Rapporteur on Violence Against Women and Girls.

• Women are less safe when Buyers are Criminalised
• An Online Safety App will be Banned
• Only people who want to get out will be supported
