Peyvand is an innocent Iranian citizen from the Baha’i community who has been detained and forced to appear in a televised confession by the Islamic Republic of Iran. He is not a criminal. He is not a terrorist. He is a loving son and a member of Iranian society who believes in dignity, not violence. We, the undersigned, demand the immediate and unconditional release of Peyvand. We call on the United Nations, international human rights organizations, and democratic governments to intervene and demand his freedom. 
Peyvand deserves to return to his family and his life.
