The Issue

Chao Vang, was detained by ICE in Oklahoma City, OK on June 11, 2025, and now faces the cruel threat of deportation. He is not just a father, but the heart of his family, a devoted son caring for his elderly mother, a guiding light to his children who depend on him every single day for love, financial stability, and hope and a upstanding member of the
Hmong and Christian community.

We are petitioning the support of seeking relief to remedy his unlawful detention. Chao Vang has been detained pending the execution of his final removal order. Chao Vang has fully cooperated with efforts to remove him. Chao Vang is not a flight risk or a danger to the community. Prior to his detention, he was reporting with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (USICE) and had committed no crimes.

Please sign this petition to stop his deportation and call for a fair, humane resolution that recognizes his decades of contribution, his deep family ties, and the immeasurable love he gives to those around him.
