Fantasy sports are under attack in Maryland. In March, the Maryland Senate passed legislation that would outlaw daily fantasy sports. This misguided decision by your state lawmakers is rooted in a misunderstanding of fantasy games and, most disturbingly, the people who play them.

On behalf of the hundreds of thousands Marylanders who play fantasy sports, we are urging lawmakers in Annapolis to oppose SB980 and SB976 to ban fantasy sports.
