In the interest of medical freedom, we, the undersigned concerned citizens of Lake County, California hereby sign this petition to ask our elected officials, including those sitting on the Lake County Board of Supervisors, and any county officials or employees under their control to refrain from imposing any of the following in our county for any natural persons in their attempts to respond to COVID-19: 

(1) Vaccine passports

(2) Vaccine mandates

(3) Mask mandates

(4) Test mandates

(5) The use of toxic disinfectants without consent
