Liam Payne, Born On August 29 of 1993 & Taken away from this world too soon, caused by the fault of another person on October 16th only 31, with the love of his life Kate Cassidy, his son bear co-parenting with Cheryl Cole the biological mother, his parents Geoff Payne, Karen Payne & his 2 sisters Ruth Gibbins & Nicola Payne who found out through the news carrying shock & not through a trusted family source. 

Liam went to Argentina to support by his fellow former 'One Direction' bandmate Niall Horan to attend, show up & reconnect. Following that his girlfriend, Kate Cassidy left to go back home since she was homesick leaving him with a friend Roger Nores who was supposed to take care of him knowing his past with substances, he left the hotel at 2:11 EST (eastern standard time) on the 16th of October the day he was taken away from this world. He was given substance & alcohol, he wasn't protected by the person who was supposed to help him, knowing his past with substances. 43 minutes after Nores left he was carried by hotel staff unconscious & taken to his room. Where he later woke up semi unconscious & jumped, clued to be he was looking for help, and being under the influence he couldn't comprehend that jumping would be dangerous. 

If Roger Nores never left & was watching him & took care of him like he was supposed to do knowing his past & vulnerability he could be here, his 7 year old son, Bear would not have to struggle to comprehend his dad is not coming back. He could live out his promise & marry Kate. His family wouldn't have to struggle the grieving. Roger later sued Liam's dad Geoff for defamation after being charged with manslaughter.

Geoff told authorities that Liam was in Nores’ care “due to his addictions,” But Nores claims he never had a legal duty to care for Liam. He may not have had the legal duty but he knew his vulnerability as a friend, close person & a well known person within Liam. Also Roger on Instagram a meta app only follows one person that being liam and Liam follows him showing there connection.

If he never left he would have been here, he deserves justice, his family shouldn't be in this position, the fans he cared for shouldn't have to have there childhood broken. 

Liam needs justice.
