Petition updateRule Against Racial Discrimination in New MexicoUncovering Illegal Activity in Cibola County

The case brought against the Mooney's by Santa Rita Land and Cattle Company started in September 2018. Now, SRLCC has taken down its initial website santaritaland.com and their previous business signs for Santa Rita and replaced them with signs for Western New Mexico Land COmpany. All of this was done after the Mooney's brought to the attention of the court, facts surrounding SRLCC's incomplete and inaccurate business filings with the State of New Mexico and the lack of a Business License with Cibola County, which is required per Cibola County Clerk's Office. Now SRLCC is attempting to hide the fact that they've not registered their real estate business properly since it's establishment in 2000.

Additionally, the Mooney's have also brought to the attention of the court that Western New Mexico Land Company is a completely illegal and non-existent business. WNMLC is not registered with the Secretary of State, does not have a business license in Cibola County, and is listed as the employer of Santa Rita's Broker and Co-Owner, Gary Blum. Western New Mexico Land Company DOES NOT EXIST LEGALLY. Yet, there are signs with this company name and Gary Blum's contact number posted all over Cibola County.

To deepen the level of corruption going on, the illegal well located at the location pictured above (corner of Highway 36 and 117) was reported to the NM Office of the State Engineer over 6 months ago. Several employees at the State Engineers Office made it very clear that they were not going to require SRLCC to get the correct well license. SRLCC originally licensed this well as a residential well but they've been using it to use as an incentive for sales since before the day the Mooney's purchased property. It was communicated to the Mooney's that every person who has purchased property from SRLCC has access to the well, which would make this a community well because more than 1 family is using/accessing it. According to the Office of the State Engineer, the well should have been metered to track the actual water usage and they should not have been issued a residential license for a commercial location.

So not only is this real estate company operating illegally (possibly not paying all the taxes due on the sales they've made in Cibola County due to not having a business license), this company is being protected by the Cibola County Clerk's Office and the Office of the State Engineer. The illegal well operation has been going on since BEFORE 2000, over 20 years.

Please help us keep spreading the word about our petition by sharing to your social sites, emailing your friends and family and reposting. The signatures will help us communicate to Judge Villalobos that the discrimination, retaliation and demand for money from the Mooney's is unacceptable, unwarranted and CRIMINAL.

AWARD THE MOONEY'S THEIR LAND BACK!
